- Custom Products: Due to the custom nature of UV DTF stickers, badges, and cups, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- UV DTF Stickers:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to understand how to use UV DTF stickers. UrbanSensei.com is not liable for issues arising from improper usage.
- Every order is tested with a sample before dispatch to ensure quality.
- If a customer claims there is an issue, they must send the sample back to us at their own expense. Upon receiving the sample, we will inspect it, and a replacement will be issued only if the product is found defective.
- Breakable Items (e.g., Cups):
- UrbanSensei.com is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling or misuse after the product is delivered.
- Defective or Damaged Products on Arrival:
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with video proof of the damage.
- Refunds or replacements will be provided only if:
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect.
- The damage occurred during transit and is evident in the provided proof.
- Exclusions:
- Minor variations in color, design, or placement due to production processes are not considered defects.Damage resulting from unintended use, exposure to extreme environments (e.g., excessive heat, moisture, or freezing conditions), or contact with chemicals that degrade the product is not eligible for refunds or replacements.
